To logon to the EPM Survey, please do as described below.
1. Type your e-mail address and your survey password in the relevent boxes. You will usually have received your logon details in an invitation e-mail:
2. Click on the "Logon" button:
After clicking on "Logon", if the following message appears on your screen, then first please try again by copying and pasting the logon details from your invitation e-mail into the edit boxes:
You may also retrieve your password by entering your e-mail address only and clicking on Logon, as show below:
On successful logon, the Welcome page will be displayed:
